Big Cities With Affordable Rents

Want to know which big cities have the most affordable rents? According to Business Week, these cities include Oklahoma City, OK, Indianapolis, IN, Greenville, SC, Houston, TX and Portland, OR. Check out these great rentals in some of America’s big cities with affordable rents on Move.com:

Oklahoma City, OK Lincoln Greens Apartments listed for $485-$785 a month
Oklahoma City is the capital of Oklahoma, and also the state’s most populous city. The city has a relatively strong economy and the nation’s most affordable rents, with an average of $543 per month. The Lincoln Greens Apartments offer several floorplans with 1 bedroom-1 bath or 2 bedroom-2 bath layouts. The apartment building has two swimming pools, a spa, BBQ/picnis area, fitness center and proximity to the Quail Creek Golf and Country Club.

Indianapolis, IN Ashton Brook Apartments listed for $585-$919 a month
Indianapolis is home to several major universities, which greatly contributes to the city’s rental market. The average rental price is $675 a month, which has increased by 1.8 percent in the past year. The Ashton Brook Apartments have four apartment layouts ranging from a 1 bedroom-1 bath apartment to a 3 bedroom-1.5 bath apartment.
